How to configure to download dummy messages?

You can't download dummy messages.

but if dummy messages generate decoy traffic, they must have content

"big brother is watching you" every bit and byte...what do they see?
seems like a fair question... what should a dummy message look like?

for example, can dummy messages be simultaneously copied to a local
folder while sending them? guessing the answer could be yes they can
