Here is a screenshot of my QSL proxy configuration:

If you are going to send via Tor then you DON'T use mail relays
like mailrelay.archiade.net or smtp.tnetconsulting.net

Here is a template that should work using the SEC3 Tor SMTP hidden service:

===
Fcc: outbox
Host: 6wlmvflobk2ztvvfdese4y3zpkigsx2qbz5v6bfkamijnwifnxgpw6id.onion:2525
From: ***@anonymous.com
Chain: shalo,*,dizum; copies=3;
To: ***@dizum.com
Subject: Testing QSL and Tor hidden service
Newsgroups: alt.just.testing

P.S. Didn't you already ask this previously? And didn't I already answer?

i've been skim-reading through news:alt.privacy.anon-server archives
and there are literally thousands of qs/qsl articles since july 2003
(and older saved in local archives maybe searchable on the internet):

using 40tude dialog 2.0.15.41:
news:news.blueworldhosting.com

newsgroup message count oldest* newest
alt.privacy.anon-server 196086 07/01/2003 09/09/2024

the more familiar original quicksilver* might be easier for seniors e.g.

QuickSilver Home Page
What is QuickSilver for Win95/98?
QuickSilver is an entirely new Mixmaster email client program. That is
to say, QS is software used for sending anonymous mail via Mixmaster
remailer chains. QS, itself, does not contain any cryptographic
algorithms. Instead, it serves as a GUI "front end" to Ulf Moller's
excellent new Mixmaster Version 3 (currently 2.9beta). Both products
are freeware and if you are sending anon messages or posting anon
articles to newsgroups, QS may be for you.
QuickSilver does not require Mixmaster to run. Without Mix, 'Secure
Mode' and remailer 'chaining' will be unavailable. In other words, you
can install QS, look it over, get the feel of the program and send some
mail (not encrypted) before deciding to install Mixmaster--which QS can
do for you. That having been said, you can get mix29bxx.zip right now
at ftp://mixmaster.anonymizer.com and then you'll have it. Be sure and
get the most recent version. The download is not so big--around 500k.
Avoid the ones ending in '.tar.gz'. Those are for unix.
If you did not see the product announcement in alt.privacy or
alt.privacy.anon-server, check out the application readme.txt.
Otherwise, you can go directly to ftp://skuz.net/pub/quicksilver and
download.
This is beta software. Please bear with me while I correct problems.
Thanks.

QuickSilver Home Page
Introduction
QuickSilver is PRIVACY software. It can give you complete privacy in your
email and newsgroup postings. Why would this be of interest to you?
Do you have fears that taking part in newsgroup discussions could lead to
your harrassment or stalking by some internet kook? Using QuickSilver you
can post articles with absolutely no traces of their true origin. Your
privacy is effectively bullet-proof.
In another scenario, you are 1 of several individuals under surveillance.
Your government believes you are involved in subversive activies. Using
QuickSilver all individuals can communicate freely. Observers will find
they can neither read this mail nor trace it to its destination--even
after tracing dozens of messages. Surveillance of the message recipient's
connections will reveal only the receipt of a message. Its origin cannot
be determined nor its content.
Suppose you work for an organization that is involved in criminal
activity. You believe you must inform the proper authorities regarding
the activities. To 'go public' with this information would not only
affect your employment adversly, it could indeed be life threatening. A
QuickSilver message cannot be traced to you.
How does this work?
QuickSilver provides this magic through a kind of identity laundering.
Using a special high secuirity protocol, called 'mixmaster', your
outgoing message will be multi-encrypted and sent through a series of
remailers. These are available around the world. Today some 45 or more
remailers exist. Each server has a single purpose, That is, to accept
your message, strip away all traces of origin--substituting its own--and
send it on to either another remailer or the final recipient. It is this
process (encrypting+remailing) that makes your mail untraceable and
unreadable to all but the intended recipient.
I would like you to understand that mixmaster is not written by me. It
is designed and implemented by cryptologists and computer security
experts. I am honestly not worthy of those positions. On the other hand,
I get to write the human interface. This is very fortunate for me since
it is my work you actually see. However, QS is only a simple email
program with extensions for handling mixmaster messages. The magic that
mix performs is do to the efforts of others. They are my heros.
If you would like to try QuickSilver, you can download it right now.
